Managing Senior Consultant - Logistics Sales

As the Managing Senior Consultant for Source Consulting, based in our Irvine, CA headquarters, you will have a two-fold role as you generate new clients and build, guide and mentor our sales team to success. Your 10+ years of sales and management experience in the logistics transportation industry (UPS, FedEx or other major carrier is highly preferred) will provide you with the foundation to quickly learn our business model and become a contributing member of our executive team. A proven track record of both inside and outside sales and meeting sales goals, plus developing and implementing sales processes and performance metrics will be critical as you train and mentor your team. Maximizing sales efficiencies, your knowledge of Salesforce.com (or a similar CRM) will also be greatly valued, as well as your comfort level with Microsoft Office.
