Use Of This Tool: This tool allows you to compare two different sets of UPS rate schedules and/or FedEx rate schedules for domestic transportation services. It will account for all variance in carrier rate schedules when performing a UPS vs FedEx rate comparison.

  • Choose whether you prefer the comparison cost difference to be represented in dollars ($) or percentages (%)

Carrier Option #1

  • Select the desired carrier.

  • Select the desired rate guide year.

  • Select the desired delivery service.

  • The minimum charge is a carrier specified minimum cost for a shipment regardless of incentives or discounts.

    If a minimum net charge exists, enter the amount in the "Minimum Charge" field.

Enter the sum of the delivery service incentives (discounts) being offered respectively by Carrier Option #1 and Carrier Option #2.

Use the "All Weight Breaks" field to apply a discount to all weights. This sum should include all applicable custom discounts, revenue discounts, and/or deferred discounts.

If discounts vary based on weight, use the "Individual Weight Break" discount fields to indicate such.

  • UPS and FedEx reports will be immediately displayed onscreen.

    Additionally, a copy of the report will be sent to the address(es) entered in the "Recipient Email(s)" field.

    Please enter the email address(s) to which you want your report sent. The report will display onscreen as well.

    Separate multiple emails with a comma.
